  • We suggest applying baking soda to the soiled area, let stand about 15 minutes, vacuum, and repeat as needed; Air the product out as much as possible.

Comfort and convenience combine thanks to our ultra-compact packaging. This mattress ships in a super compact box that makes contactless delivery simple. Now all that's left to do is unpack, unroll, and unwind on your new cooling and supportive Serta mattress. When ordering directly through Serta.com, most mattresses will arrive in 1-3 weeks via FedEx Ground shipping. We are not shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

Warranty

You should be able to rely on the quality of your rest night after night. That is why we offer a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. If you do notice anything out of the ordinary, simply email us or call us at 1-888-557-3782 and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Returns

Any purchase directly from Serta.com is covered under our 120-Day In-Home Trial. Starting on the day of delivery, we recommend sleeping on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days to allow your body to adjust. In the event you decide this mattress isn't right for you, and you’re within the 120-Day In-Home Trial, contact us by phone or e-mail and we can coordinate a return. Please note that the 120-Day In-Home Trial applies only to purchases made on Serta.com.

Why are the mattresses called Serta Mattress-in-a-Box?

These mattresses are shipped directly to your door in our smallest carton ever, making for the simplest, most convenient arrival and set-up!

Is White Glove delivery available for Serta Mattress-in-a-Box?

White Glove service is not available for Serta MIBs at this time. All Serta MIBs are shipped via FedEx, who will deliver the carton to your door within 5-14 business days.

How long can the mattress stay in the box?

We suggest that the mattress be unboxed within 3-4 weeks. Leaving the mattress in the box longer than that will not harm the mattress, but it may cause the expansion time to take a bit longer.

We do not recommend keeping the mattress boxed for longer than 12 weeks as that can potentially cause the mattress to not fully expand to its intended dimensions.

Is White Glove Delivery available for the Serta Sleep to Go mattresses?

White Glove service is not available for Serta to go mattresses at this time. These mattresses are shipped via FedEx, who will deliver the carton to your door within 5-14 business days.

How long will it take to receive my Serta Sleep To Go Mattress in a Box?

The Serta to Go mattress takes about 5-14 business days to arrive, and it will be delivered by FedEx Ground.

All of the Serta to Go mattresses are shipped in a small box measuring 44” x 18” x 18”.

Can you sleep on the Serta Sleep to Go Mattress in a Box as soon as it comes out of the box?

What kind of foundation do I need?

The Serta to Go mattress can be used on a variety of foundations. Our Serta Foundation, box springs, platform frames with no more than 2" between slats, or adjustable bases all work well. We recommend ensuring any foundation you use is in good working shape, as an issue with the foundation could impact the comfort of your mattress.
