Shipping

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. When ordering directly through Serta.com, most of our items will arrive to your home in 2-4 weeks. Within 1-2 days of your order being placed, our delivery partner, RXO Logistics, will contact you to schedule out a delivery date and time based on when they expect to receive the product(s). Please note, we are not shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

Returns

Any purchase directly from Serta.com is covered under our 120-Day In-Home Trial. Starting on the day of delivery, we recommend sleeping on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days to allow your body to adjust. In the event you decide this mattress isn't right for you, and you’re within the 120-Day In-Home Trial, contact us by phone or e-mail and we can coordinate a return. Please note that the 120-Day In-Home Trial applies only to purchases made on Serta.com.
